There’s no doubt that taking part in positive and healthy relationships is crucial to being able to live a fulfilled and meaningful life. It’s also true that relationships need constant work. Many of us overlook the importance of investing in the maintenance of our relationships, and when they fall apart, ask ‘what happened?’. It’s natural to need a little help in getting them back on track, at times. Asking for assistance can be difficult, but it can also have lifelong benefits, not just for you and your partner, but for those around you too.
I work with couples and families in an amicable and meaningful way to reconnect and re-establish relationships. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy – a modality which has seen proven clinical success over many years – combined with a calm approach, good humour and a gentle, supportive and considered manner, I’ll help you understand yourself better and the most important people in your life too
If you and your partner would like to work on your relationship in a very short period of time, I run relationship re-energising bootcamps in Bali twice a year, in conjunction with other therapists.
